The Saddest, and Funniest, Twitter Account You can Follow

Nothing sums up the sadly hilarious ironic madness of California, where I live BTW, like the tweets of a fictional daycare center smack dab in the midst LaLa Land.  The tweets of Loz Feliz Daycare are pure gold.

The children are all pretentiously named Grohl and Sioux or some such other hipster snowflake post 90’s variation by parents intent on being cool as opposed to parenting. There are no rules for the children to follow except an arcane, constantly shifting set of PC  laws designed to “empower” the children.  But the owner of the Twitter account deftly nicks the granola, snowflake culture with the truth and then, subtly, and this is the genius… paints the rage of these frustrated children being raised by do-goody scolds ever intent on rage. I imagine many in the very real hipster ghetto of Los Feliz miss the jokes.

It’s fun to laugh at. And it’s sadly true.  They used to say that California leads the way. If Los Feliz Daycare is the future, then… we are doomed.  Having said that: This would make a great movie starring Will Ferrell.  But that’s Hollywood for ya.
